• TYPE C1074 / 1075 CARBON STEEL STRIP
This steel is most often used for general spring applications. Gibbs stocks 1074 high carbon spring steel, ASTMA-682/684, in both the spherodized annealed condition in gauge ranges from .008" to .062" and scaleless tempered condition 1075 in thicknesses from .008" to .025".

Gibbs stocks 1095 high carbon spring steel, ASTMA-682/684 , in both the spheroidized annealed condition in gauges from .012" - .020" and polished and blue tempered condition in gauges from .006" to .025".

 • TYPE C1050 CARBON STRIP
Gibbs stocks C1050 high carbon spring steel in the annealed conditon. An economical grade of spring steel often used where the part is hardened and tempered after forming. C1050 meets ASTM-A682 and AMS 5085 and is stocked in gauges ranging from .010" to .062".
