Gibbs Interwire is pleased to welcome Rick Williams to our team as Regional Director. Rick brings 13 years of valuable experience in the metals industry.
As Regional Director, Rick will assume responsibility for overseeing the profitability, facilities management, formulating commercial and operational strategies, inventory management, and leading the teams across the four locations of: Queretaro, MX; Grand Prairie, TX; Brampton, ONT; and Bell Gardens, CA.
Rick has a proven track record of successfully leading multi-site regions within the flat-rolled market segment. He is known for his effective leadership, which results in the creation of high-performing and empowered teams. Additionally, he speaks fluent Spanish which will serve him well when working with the Mexico, Texas, and California teams. Rick’s extensive commercial and management background will be an excellent addition to the Gibbs Team, and he will provide the leadership needed to foster growth.
