Gibbs strives every day to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality products, on-time, and produced to the strictest of specifications. Through "Lean", we have implemented internal processes and procedures that go along with our ISO certification to cover a wide range of industries and international requirements.
The Gibbs Quality Policy is based on our "Gibbs Process System" or GPS, which leads all employees to review and improve each of our critical areas of performance, in order to ensure your experience with Gibbs is second to none.
We are proud to announce a new dedicated lab in our Connecticut facility designed with your material requirements in mind. The in-house lab offers testing flexibility and allows us to give our customers fast and accurate data. Typical testing includes Surface testing, Rockwell testing and Mechanicals testing for tensile, yield and elongation properties. We also have various digital microscopes to enhance our inspection capabilities. *Please note that we are not A2LA accredited. Testing that requires certified results will need to be done by a 3rd party accredited lab. *A2LA testing done with the assistance of a 3rd party lab.
