Type 17-7 PH, “Condition C” has the corrosion resistance of Type 302 plus superior strength and heat resistance. After forming, it can be heat treated at 900° F for one hour to achieve maximum “CH” tensiles. Gibbs Interwire stocks 17 chrome-7 nickel stainless steel in the “C” cold rolled condition in gauges from .008″ to .025″.
