1070 1074 1075 Tempered Carbon Steel Strip
This steel is most often used for general spring applications. Gibbs Interwire stocks 1074 high carbon spring steel, ASTM A 684, in both the spherodized annealed condition in gauge ranges from 0.008" to 0.062" and scaleless tempered condition in thicknesses from 0.008" to 0.025".
